This is an opportunity to preorder limited, top-quality, and unique tulip bulb varieties that I have hand-selected from our suppliers. These are some of the same varieties I use for our cut flower bouquets and now you have a chance to enjoy them in your gardens for years to come.

  • WHAT ARE PRE-COOLED BULBS?
    • Tulips go through three required stages to produce a healthy bloom. Chilling - Rooting - Bud stage
    • Pre-cooled bulbs mean they have received all the required cooling weeks needed when they arrive to you. They will be ready for the rooting stage. It is important to plant right away once you have received them to insure a better chance of blooming come Spring.
  • SHIPPING & PICKUP OPTIONS:
    • Flower Stand Pickup: Once we receive the tulip bulbs from our supplier in November, you will be notified via email your order is ready for pickup at our local flower stand in Pasco. We will include the address and the day and times for pickup in that notification.
    • Shipping: Once we receive the tulip bulbs from our supplier in November, we will be preparing your orders as soon as possible. You will receive tracking info once shipping has been established. 
  • COMBING ORDERS:
    • We are unable to combine multiple shipping orders when orders are placed.
  • ONLINE SHOPPING CART:
    • Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until your order is complete in the checkout process. Items will disappear from cart if they sell out before you complete the checkout process. The inventory function is a part of the online e-commerce platform and I do not have any control over this.
  • PRODUCT SATISFACTION:
    • Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee that our tulip bulbs have been carefully looked over before packaging and include an insert with suggestions on how to plant your bulbs.
    • Once you have received your tulip bulb order, please inspect your bulbs immediately. If you have any concerns, you can contact us at hello@theurbanwildflowerco.com within 7 days from receiving order. Please do not leave messages on Instagram or Facebook. We want to make sure no messages are missed and that your concerns are handled as quickly as possible.
    • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after 7 days. This does not include shipping fees or damages and liability resulting from crop failure.
    • We are not responsible for poor customer care or improper storage once you have received your bulbs or your growing conditions, weather, pest damage or plant performance.
