Refund policy

A customer needs to return a non-plant material item within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

If Plant Material: Once you have received your bulbs, tubers or other plant material, please inspect immediately. If you have any concerns, you can contact us at hello@theurbanwildflowerco.com within 7 days from receiving order. Please do not leave messages on social media sites. We want to make sure no messages are missed and that your concerns are handled as quickly as possible.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after 7 days. This does not include shipping fees or damages and liability resulting from crop failure.

We are not responsible for poor customer care or improper storage once you have received your tubers or your growing conditions, weather, pest damage or plant performance.

If it is an item that is shipped back to the store, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once refund has been processed. The amount refunded will go back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. The amount of time it will take to be deposited will greatly depend on your banking system and how they process receiving refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theurbanwildflowerco.com and send your item to: 6709 W Park St., Pasco WA 99301, United States.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return or exchange items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
